GERIATRIC RESIDENCY PROGRAM AllStar Therapy, LLC is seeking Candidates for its Geriatric Residency Program Program includes Clinical as well as Didactic training and education by our Experienced Faculty Program Location: Farmington Connecticut under the Direction of a Board Certified GCS. Program Begins September 1, 2020 Applicants must have a current license and a goal to achieve independent advanced practice in geriatric physical therapy.
