Our Leadership Team
The executives of AllStar represent experience, judgment, and skill in all aspects of rehabilitation management.
Leading our team is Lisa Wilson Foley. As the owner and President of AllStar Therapy, Lisa takes an entrepreneurial look at traditional business and comes up with fresh, effective ideas. A licensed nursing home administrator and physical therapist, Lisa received her bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and her master's degree in Health Care Management from Yale University.
She has been the owner of several healthcare companies as well as current owner of Blue Fox Enterprises. Her commitment to community service includes involvement in the Bushnell Center, YWCA, Renbrook School, Hartford Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, and Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame. In addition to her numerous professional achievements, Lisa balances the responsibilities of parenting seven children. Her energy and integrity set the bar for all of us.

Liz Marks, Executive Vice President, has extensive experience in clinical management as well as direct patient service. She is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist experienced in a variety of rehab settings. She holds a bachelor's degree from Boston University and a master's from the University of Wisconsin.
Liz has worked with Apple Health Care for 15 years. She is a 30 year member of the American Speech and Hearing Association and a former chairperson for the Connecticut Speech and Hearing Association. Her leadership guides all aspects of our field operations.

Christine Ross, Vice President, is the newest member of our team. She is a seasoned director who previously established and developed the in-house rehabilitation department for a large nursing home chain. Prior to that, she successfully led a region for a national rehabilitation company.
She is a licensed occupational therapist with her degree from Quinnipiac University and over 20 years of rehabilitation experience. Her expertise in program development, reimbursement, and staff development rounds out our corporate team.

Our Regional Vice Presidents Lynne Sarro, OTR, Judy Dineen, RPT, and Laura Hargraves, SLP are the backbone of our interdisciplinary clinical management team. Not only do they have numerous years of clinical experience, they have worked as a team with Apple for over 10 years.
Their leadership provides the support, training, and program development for our rehabilitation departments. Our extensive field network is closely connected under their guidance.
